Jean-Jacques Girard Corton Clos du Roi Grand Cru 2020

Tasting Note

Matured in oak barrels for about 16 months. Deep and dark hue, toasted notes with red fruits and a very large aromatic pallet. Structured but needs laying down to really reap the rewards of this fantastic wine. Currently very fruit forward with depth of flavour. 

Food Recommendations

Perfect red meats, steaks with red wine and herb sauces. Game as well goes very well!
