Tasting Note

Vinified wine and matured in oak barrels for about 15 months. Bright and limpid ruby, with a nose of red fruits. Silky and elegant on the palate, red fruits come rushing to the palate. The 2021 vintage whilst young is starting to open up on the nose and bring forward those lovely red fruits with a smack of vanilla from the oak that it is aged in. 

Food Recommendation

A  roast is ideal, as well as any type of beef or lamb.
